200 gm smoked salmon
20 salted crackers
100 gm cream cheese
1 small shallot, finely chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
Freshly ground pepper
Few sprigs of dill to garnish
The flavors and textures of dill, salmon, and cream cheese pairs well and make these canapes an excellent starter.
Dice the salmon into fine pieces.
Mix the cream cheese, chopped shallot, and lime juice. Add the freshly ground pepper
Place crackers on the serving tray. With a fork spread the cream cheese mixture on the crackers.
Place salmon on top. Garnish with dill.
