170 g rice
2 green onions
1/2 cup frozen peas thawed in water
1 chili chopped
2 garlic cloves chopped
1 piece ginger chopped
1 onion cut into strips
Scrambled eggs or tofu scrambled eggs
black sesame seeds
At first cook the rice according to the package instructions.
Chop vegetables in cubes and sauté in oil until crispy.
Put the vegetables (except the peas) in a bowl. Add spices to the pan and sauté. Add the rice and sauté occasionally. Put the vegetables back in the pan and mix with the rice. Now add the peas and the soy sauce.
Fry the onions in a pan with oil crispy.
Divide fried rice in bowls and serve with fried onions, scrambled eggs/tofu scrambled eggs and Sriracha sauce.
Season with salt, pepper, and sesame.
