Mushroom Soup

today I present you a beautiful recipe Velvet for the throat, sweetness for the taste buds, happiness for the stomach, this mushroom soup is simply divine! Tasty and generous button mushrooms, onions, garlic, parsley, cream, broth … Nothing but good things inside, for the delight of young and old. And only 10 minutes of preparation! It would still be a shame to deprive yourself of it, right? To quickly test this great recipe, you will be delighted!

500 g button mushrooms
2 onions
2 crushed garlic cloves
20 g chopped parsley
560 ml milk
375 ml beef broth
1 C. fresh cream
60 g butter
30 g flour
1/2 tsp. 1 tsp paprika
salt, freshly ground pepper


In a large saucepan, melt the butter then add the chopped onions and the crushed garlic and sauté for 3 min over medium heat. Then add the washed and finely chopped mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes while stirring constantly. Add the flour and cook for another 1 min while mixing.

Then add the milk and beef broth and mix well. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 15 min without covering, until the preparation reduces and thickens and the mushrooms are tender. Add the parsley and serve the soup garnished with a spoonful of crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper and add a pinch of paprika.
