8 wheat tortillas
2 cod steaks
2 tomatoes (optional out of season)
1 red onion
1 bunch coriander
2 c. to c. paprika
125 g Greek yogurt
4 c. to s. olive oil
Salt or fine salt
STEP 1 :
Cut the tomatoes into strips (optional out of season).
Cut the avocado in half, pit it. Remove the skin and cut it into strips.
Peel the red onion and cut it into strips.
Chop the coriander.
2ND STEP :
Heat a pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the onion strips for 6 minutes. Salt and pepper then leave them aside.
Season the cod steaks with paprika, salt, and pepper and then cook them on both sides on a plancha or on a grill pan for 5 minutes.
Cut the fish into pieces.
Cut the wheat tortillas into a 12 cm diameter circle, dry toast the tortilla circles and keep the scraps to prepare crisps or accompany a salad.
In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the chopped cilantro, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Garnish the tortillas with the avocado strips, tomatoes, red onion and pieces of fish.
