Chicken noodles and fried vegetables quick to make especially if you use a mixture of frozen vegetables. Asian cuisine is not part of my favorite cuisine but from time to time we have fun, I like the different sauces used soy, teriyaki, etc… This mixture of flavors makes us tickle the palate.
1 package of a mixture of frozen vegetables (red peppers, yellow peppers, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower)
2 chicken cutlets, cubed
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 garlic cloves
1 piece of ginger
1 tsp sesame oil
250 g Chinese egg noodles
Prepare the noodles by bringing the water to a boil. Add the Chinese noodles and cook, respecting the time indicated on the package.
In a wok or, failing that, a deep pan to heat the oil. Add the cubed chicken and cook until browned. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
Add the chopped garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add ginger and frozen vegetables. Salt and pepper.
When the noodles are cooked, drain them and add them to the chicken and vegetables.
