  • minced ginger
  • minced garlic
  • 300 g minced chicken breast
  • 150 g button mushroom
  • Noodles or steamed rice
  • boiled vegetables

Directions:

1First, mix the seasoning such as salt, five-spice powder, sugar, rice, wine, and soy sauce into a small bowl. Then, heat up the pan and pour oil. put ginger and garlic, stir until aromatic. Put minced chicken and separate into small pieces and stir well until browned.

2Second, while being cooking add button mushroom then stir for one minute. Next, mix sauce that you’ve made and pour water. Don’t forget to mix well and simmer until well absorbed.
