INGREDIENTS :

FOR THE SALAD
2 large heads romaine, chopped
1/2 c. artichoke hearts
1/2 c. mini mozzarella balls halved
6 slices salami, quartered
1/2 c. grape tomatoes halved
1/4 c. black olives, sliced
3 pepperoncini peppers, sliced
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
FOR THE DRESSING
1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp. dijon mustard
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS :

Make DiGiorno Pizzeria! Thin Margherita pizza according to package instructions.
Meanwhile, combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Make the dressing: In a medium bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until combined. Pour dressing over salad mixture and toss until combined.
Serve with pizza.
