Most of the time, we do not get terribly excited over pork chops. typically overdone, they are available out dry, sad, and savorless. The air fryer changes all that. These get coated in Parmesan and many of spices for the proper crust, and also the fast cookery time within the air pullet ensures they do not dry out. It’s dinner in a moment.
- Pat pork chops dry with paper towels, then coat both sides with oil. In a medium bowl, combine Parmesan and spices. Coat both sides of pork chops with Parmesan mixture.
- Place pork chops in the basket of air fryer and cook at 375° for 9 minutes, flipping halfway through.
